Anthony (Tony) Williams Rare (Rar-rae) brings together 29+ years of outstanding technical performance across high-tech, cloud, security, professionally managed technical services, software development, and telecom. Tony, a native of New Zealand, has been a Cloud visionary and transformational leader in Los Angeles for more than 26 years, shaping highly effective technical operations and leadership within complex environments.
Tony is our CEO and oversees all technical and operational foundations, including various compliance frameworks for customer and company operations. He is an active 2018-2026 Forbes Technology Council Member who has served on advisory boards for Fortune 100 Telecom operators and numerous community and professional organizations, including University advisory technology councils.
Anthony holds industry-related, expert, and accredited certifications in Cloud Security, Cybersecurity (CCSFP from HiTrust), and Network Engineering. He studied Electrical Engineering at Northland College, Psychology at Auckland (NZ) University, and holds an M.A. in ‘Leadership and Strategies within Complex Organizations’ with an emphasis in ‘Cloud Data Centers’ from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (UK).

Raymond is our General Manager, who oversees the leadership and operational objectives of all departments. With over two decades of experience in operations and leadership, Raymond Torres brings a unique combination of people-first management and practical business expertise to our team. His career spans fast-paced manufacturing environments, thriving multi-entity businesses, and hands-on leadership in the managed services industry, giving him a deep understanding of both client and operational needs.
A natural collaborator, Raymond excels at listening, aligning, and executing. He knows how to translate executive priorities into actionable strategies while fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Having worked on both sides of the MSP experience, he understands what it takes to deliver exceptional service and results.
Outside of work, Raymond has spent years serving his local community, coordinating and participating in events that bring people together and meet community needs. He is passionate about people, connection, and shared experiences—and loves hosting and attending game nights to bring friends and family together.

Since joining Global IT in 2018, Judah has successfully transitioned into the Corporate and Enterprise IT space, gaining hands-on experience managing full-scale client infrastructures. He has played a key role in developing and expanding the Global IT Projects department and continues to serve as a trusted technical liaison and consultant to client management teams.
