Anthony (Tony) Williams Raré (Rar-rae) brings together 29+ years of outstanding technical performance in high-tech, cloud, security, professionally managed technical services, software development, and telecom experience. Tony, a native of New Zealand, has been a Cloud visionary and transformational leader for more than 24+ years in Los Angeles, formulating highly effective technical operations and leadership within complex environments. Tony is our CEO and oversees all technical and operational foundations, including various compliance frameworks for customer and company operations. He is an active 2018-2024 Forbes Technology Council Member who has served on advisory boards for Fortune 100 Telecom operators and numerous community and professional organizational boards and committees, including University advisory technology councils. Anthony holds industry-related, expert, and accredited certifications in Cloud Security, Cybersecurity (CCSFP from HiTrust), and Network Engineering. He studied with a focus on Electrical Engineering at Northland College, Psychology at Auckland (NZ) University, and holds an M.A. in ‘Leadership and Strategies within Complex Organizations’ with an emphasis in ‘Cloud Data Centers’ from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge (UK).

David is our interim Controller and brings together more than two decades of financial leadership qualities such as management, CFO responsibilities, and strategic financial decision-making.

David has two billing administrators that support his efforts and even though you may not interact with David; David is helping place Global IT in a position for growth, and sustainability and aims to bring more value to our client ROI and interaction.

Vanessa brings years of high-level operational experience to the Global IT team. Vanessa serves as the critical bridge between client enterprises and technical delivery teams, ensuring service alignment and exceptional outcomes. Vanessa orchestrates operational workflows, oversees customer relationship management, and directs billing operations with precision and insight. Her results-driven approach and collaborative leadership style enhance cross-functional team performance. Vanessa holds a degree in Accounting & Business Administration. Previously worked analyzing budgets, managing properties, and dealing with high-volume accounts.

Mario began his technical and account management experience, having held consultant positions with enterprise companies such as 24-hr Fitness, and Apple (Business team). Today Mario helps support our healthcare clients with dedicated account support and is engaged with our Cloud departments. Mario is committed to achieving goals and objectives with customer and company operations, setting, personal, or team accountability, and maintaining customer empathy, no matter which product, idea, or passion is involved.

Mario helps support our Cloud and technical engineering teams with project management and administration. Mario is certified in multiple computer science accredited associations from CompTIA and holds Cloud Computing certifications. Mario is a positive influence, rises to each challenge, and enjoys learning new technologies.

Steve has been in sales and business development for 20 years, and began his career in IT in 2017, having spent 6 years in AV and IT companies. Steve is passionate about bringing the best and customized IT products and services to his network of friends and business partners, old and new. He believes in the experience and professionalism (and friendliness) of the Global IT team and is very confident in bringing the best customized solution to any company looking for help. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Biola, is CTS certified, and believes business development is more enjoyable than law.

Gary joined our team in 2024 after working in the finance industry since 2008. Gary helped develop business for brands like Wells Fargo Bank of the West, where he worked as a consultant. Gary represents Global IT in account development. He has an excellent and vital IT-related trait that helps him succeed: remembering everything with great precision and paying close attention to detail when delivering results for his clients. Gary is a trusted member of the team and a vital part of our process when providing client and company successes.

Jose brings a wealth of engineering experience from one of the largest data center environments in the world – One Wilshire. Jose helps engineer Global IT’s Cloud, data center networks, onboarding implementations, policies, and viewing network performance. Jose holds numerous Cisco and other networking certifications.

Michael brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in IT systems and infrastructure, with a dedicated focus on cyber security and compliance for the past 12 years. His technical proficiency spans cloud security, security architecture, data center security, Windows and Linux systems security, and network systems security.

In the realm of compliance, Michael excels in navigating standards such as PCI DSS, CCPA, GDPR, SOC, ISO, and NIST, ensuring robust adherence to regulatory requirements in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. His deep knowledge and practical experience make him a valuable asset in safeguarding organizations against digital threats while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Dillor is a Virtualization, Cloud Manager, and one of our programmers. Dillor attended Rio Hondo & USC colleges with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Music Theory. Dillor is very comfortable with virtualization, Linux, and Open Source platforms, as well as Windows and MAC. Dillors certifications include but are not limited to Linux+, PIIC System Administrator, Security+, Network+, Veeam, G-suite, Storage Craft, VMware, Kemp VLM, Microsoft, and Azure.

Gregory brings 29+ years of dedicated enterprise IT experience with the last 18+ years specializing in virtualization and disaster recovery. Gregory is responsible for overseeing the Global IT and customer Cloud replication infrastructures. Gregory is Veeam, VMware, Microsoft certified as an engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communcations, (magna cum laude).

Matsui is a die-hard professional software developer dedicated to delivering high-quality software builds. Matsui brings together a dedicated 11+ years of software development experience accumulating achievements in delivering successful worthy software solutions ranging from simple management apps to complicated games and business apps. He has been specializing in React.js, Angular.js, Node.js, Javascript, CMS & DB  technologies, and has extensive Network security development experience. Matsui graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), Software Engineering at the University of Tokyo.

Jay has been working with Global IT since 2017 and helps manage our Exchange and Cloud systems with system administration, including analyzing, designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 and network infrastructures. Jay is accredited with numerous certifications in Microsoft & Azure and accomplished many significant Microsoft Software, cloud, and virtualization.

Shaun is a Senior Network and Systems Administrator. Shaun studied at Mt. SAC College and helps lead a team of admins in support of our MSP customers, virtualized, and hosted cloud environments, including Globa IT data center cloud environments. Shaun holds numerous certifications, including but not limited to Microsoft, Cisco, Network +, Ubiquiti, Fortigate, Storage Craft, Veeam, G-Suite, & VMware.

Edwin began his career in IT in 2016 and holds multiple certifications such as MOS Certified, SAP Certified, AWS practitioner Certified, Network+ Certified. Edwin brings valuable experience having worked within Managed Services with activities including proactive support, asset management, and project management ensuring each new client relationship is successful, and all services are transferred and managed by our organization. Edwin is kind in nature, an independent thinker, self starter, is technically agile, confident and a team player.

JR joined Global IT in early 2023 as a Senior Systems Technical Administrator focusing on healthcare organizations. JR brings together 30+ years of technical experience with 23+ years dedicated to Healthcare IT management and technology leadership. JR’s experience helps manage some of Global IT’s larger Healthcare organization’s systems, and he has excellent teamwork and people skills. In his spare time, JR enjoys exploring the deserts and mountains of Southern California, camping, and overlanding.

Ray has worked as an IT analyst and technician in and around Los Angeles since 2006. Ray is a personable IT engineer administering IT environments for medical, government, and Enterprise technical operations. Ray helps support our five-star resort client, working hand-in-hand with international Corporate IT teams, policies, and systems. Ray stays current with IT trends and frameworks and enjoys demonstrating his technical support and customer service capabilities. Ray has an MBA in IT from Queensland University.

Andrew is experienced in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues as a former PC Technician. His prior experience in logistics and retail has influenced his organized and pleasant engagement with customers. Andrew engages with our Healthcare clients and general customer base customers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

Andrew is passionate about advancing his learning and is certified in multiple networking, wireless, and computer science certifications. Andrew holds an AS in Network Administration and is working towards his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his son and playing basketball.

Sergio is a technical administrator who worked previously for the Fullerton Police department and currently helps support our front line, along with project management and Cloud departments. Sergio is a highly capable individual and helps support our projects and Cloud teams. Sergio graduated from Cal State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Kiana is our newest Admin team member and a pleasant addition to the IT environment. Kiana will assist the Help Desk team by answering phones, working alongside the Cyber-security team to help with logging and reporting Cyber-security events, and the projects team by maintaining the momentum of small projects.

Scott is a Los Angeles resident, Rowland Heights local with a passion for creating engaging media content. Scott enjoys engaging with local businesses, showcasing their best assets, and helping create momentum toward their success. Scott is excited to partner with Global IT in sharing their unique qualities with the business communities.

Jonathan has been supporting Global IT customers since 2017 and helps maintain customer continuity with exceptional well rounded technical and customer service skills. Jonathan earned his BS in Computer Information Systems from Cal State Fullerton, is certified in Windows server, CompTIA Network +, and CompTIA A+.

Sarah is a pleasant addition to Global IT, brings warmth with her smile and company. Sarah helps administer all activities in the billing function and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure timely and accurate billing of customers. Sarah aids with the investigation and resolution of billing discrepancies and errors.

Rachelle helps support our billing and operations team with internal and external record keeping, reconciliation, integration, and flow from Ops, billing, and client invoicing. Rachelle brings experience from various industries, such as packaging, warehousing, and online orders, and has held positions in customer service, order processing, and property management roles.

Zsolt has been supporting Global IT customers as a network technician since 2015 with outstanding network and systems technical capabilities. Zsolt is certified in networking, construction, and safety compliance.

Alan is an expert with layer one cabling projects having worked in the field for more than 30+ years with his own Telephone system and cabling business. Alan works with Global IT on specialty projects is highly trusted and respected for his quality workmanship and commitment to Global IT customers.

Many Global IT personnel are not listed here; however, all Global IT personnel are equally crucial at helping manage IT operations and maintain systems integrity. Our team consists of about 25-30 individuals who are continually monitoring, evolving, working on customer and company operations to ensure company expectations exceed client satisfaction.

Judah began his career in IT in 2010, having spent nine years with Apple Inc. supporting the Genius group. Therefore, Judah is well-versed in Apple Technologies and Software and Windows environments, which are vital skills used to understand and solve customer needs. Judah is an excellent communicator, helping enable customers to become more informed and proficient all the while diligently managing and completing company and client projects. Judah is technically certified in A+ and Network + and is working towards additional industry-accredited certifications.

Vlad is a dedicated technician with extensive expertise in network infrastructure and cabling solutions, including Cat 5, Cat 6, copper, and fiber optics. He received an AAS Degree in Computer Technology from Heald College. Vlad assists all our Northern California clients. His journey includes roles from Field Nation Technician to Lead Technician, where he honed his skills in system configuration, data center assessments, and effective cable management. He is passionate about optimizing network performance and providing ultimate solutions tailored to client needs.

Kevin brings a unique blend of IT expertise and hospitality experience to Global IT. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, he started his technology career in computer assembly before specializing in managed accounts and technical support. After an 11-year tenure in hospitality management, Kevin returned to his technological roots, joining Global IT as a Technical Help Desk Administrator. His diverse background enables him to combine technical knowledge with exceptional client service skills. Kevin is passionate about expanding his expertise and contributing to Global IT's continued growth.
