Acceptance of Terms Through Use
By using this site or any site owned and operated by Global IT Communications (“Global IT Services”), you agree to the terms, conditions, and notices of this policy. “You” refers to the Global IT customer of record and end users.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is used in conjunction with your Global IT Service Agreement. Violations may result in restricted or terminated access.
Global IT may update or revise this policy at any time. Please check periodically for changes.
Global IT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding information accessed through this service. In no event shall Global IT be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
Lawful Use
You must use this site and Global IT Services in accordance with:
- This AUP
- Your Service Agreement
- All applicable federal, state, and local laws
User Conduct: Prohibited or Unlawful Use
You may not use this site or Global IT Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Global IT’s network or interfere with others’ use.
Prohibited actions include:
- Unauthorized access attempts (data, accounts, hosts, servers, systems, networks)
- Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities
- Interference with service (mail‑bombing, flooding, overloading systems)
- Forging TCP/IP headers or email header information
- Falsifying address information
- Violating the terms of other network or ISP providers
You may not upload, post, or distribute content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Harasses, degrades, or intimidates individuals or groups
- Violates newsgroup charters
- Contains viruses or malicious software
- Negatively impacts Global IT’s network
- Constitutes unsolicited duplicate email (spam)
Unsolicited Email (SPAM) – Unsolicited email is prohibited. This includes:
- Emails sent without a prior relationship
- Emails sent without affirmative consent
- Emails sent after a recipient opts out
Senders must:
- Confirm ownership of email addresses
- Include physical or email address in bulk mailings
- Provide an opt‑out mechanism
Violations may result in civil or criminal penalties under laws such as:
- CAN‑SPAM Act
- Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
- Virginia Computer Crimes Act
- Washington Commercial Electronic Mail Act
Global IT may take technical or legal steps to prevent unauthorized email.
Vulnerability Testing
Global IT may perform vulnerability tests on systems within its IP space. Customers must correct identified vulnerabilities or suspend compromised systems.
Content Monitoring
Global IT does not pre‑screen user content, but may remove content or suspend services if content is harmful or violates this AUP.
International Use
Accessing Global IT services from locations where content is illegal is prohibited. Users accessing from outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Global IT logos, names, website design, text, and graphics are copyrighted works of Global IT Communications, Inc. (2004–2026).
Global IT trademarks include:
- GLOBAL IT
- GLOBAL EYE
- ORANGEISP.COM, ORANGECSP.COM
- SONARCYBERSECURITY.COM, SONARCYBERSEC.COM
- And related marks
Use of Global IT trademarks requires written permission.
User’s Grant of Limited License
By submitting content to any Global IT website, you:
- Grant Global IT the right to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute the content
- Warrant that you own or control the rights to the content
Internet Relay Chat (IRC) Rules
You may not:
- Use programs that interfere with others
- Run IRC bots that violate this AUP
- Violate IRC server rules
Dial‑Up Use Rules
Dial‑up users may not:
- Operate server programs (mail, IRC, FTP, web)
- Maintain inactive or standby connections
- Use automated processes to maintain constant connections
Controlling Law and Termination
This AUP is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes must be brought in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Privacy Policy

Global IT respects personal privacy and protects the confidentiality of information provided by customers and visitors.
Two categories of collected information:
- Information from website visitors
- Information from customers
Employees must comply with privacy and security requirements.
A. Information Collected Via the Internet
Global IT may collect:
- Generic non‑identifiable data (IP address, visit frequency, pages visited)
- Cookie‑based personalization data
Personal information is collected only when voluntarily provided.
Global IT may use contact information to:
- Respond to requests
- Provide service updates
- Offer additional services (unless opted out)
Global IT does not sell or trade personal information unless authorized or legally required.
Information disclosed in public forums (chat rooms, bulletin boards) is not protected.
B. Information Collected from Customers

Customers may choose whether their information is published in directories.
Caller ID may display the customer’s name/number unless blocked.

Global IT uses email addresses to:

- Provide offers (with opt‑out available)
III. Exceptions & Limitations
Global IT may disclose information to comply with:
- Laws
- Regulations
- Court orders
- Law enforcement
Global IT may monitor communications to:
- Satisfy legal requirements
- Operate services
- Protect rights or prevent fraud
IV. Security
Global IT uses:
- Encryption (TLS)
- Access controls
- Secure databases
Security at Global IT is a core value. Global IT maintains comprehensive security controls aligned with SOC 2, NIST, and other industry frameworks and standards. Global IT systems and networks are continuously monitored.
V. IP Address Policy
IP addresses allocated to customers remain the property of ARIN and are assigned in accordance with ARIN and Global IT policies.
